Organic Inceptions Level 2 Integrative Health Practitioner My name is Jeri, owner and creator of Organic Inceptions. I'm also a Veteran's wife and mother to six.

I am an Integrative Health Practitioner and am passionate about what I do. My practice focuses on the whole person; pulling together seven different foundations of medicine to begin an individual's healing journey. My work is to find the root cause of symptoms and imbalances through a variety of hormone testing, Hair Tissue Mineral Analysis testing, Organic Acids tests, and many others. My methods

involve exploring holistic therapy, herbs & nutritional supplementation, mineral re-balancing, acupuncture, relational healing, the DESTRESS protocol, & more. My special interests include healing after trauma, thyroid issues, women's health, and Covid long hauler's syndrome.

I’m living an alcohol-free life, and it’s been amazing!!

It takes roughly 6 months, up to one year for our brains to adjust and get used to saying no to alcohol in social settings. It’s a lifestyle change, and while it’s not easy in the beginning months (or even years), it’s SO worth it!

Trying my Einkorn Flour Sourdough Starter again. Today is Day 1. Hoping to have a better outcome after a failed attempt last year. These new cupboards should be warmer.
Anyone else make their own starter??

This is not food to be feeding a young developing brain. Any parent who brings this into their homes needs to take some responsibility & stop poisoning their own kids. You are the one with the keys to the car & money to go buy food so it’s your responsibility to make sure they have nutritious food. Fast forward 10-20 yrs from now & your kids will thank you for giving a crap about their health.

CHILDREN WHO DRINK RAW MILK HAVE LESS ASTHMA ⛹️‍♀️🥛⛹️‍♀️: Several large epidemiological studies of European children have found correlations between raw milk consumption and decreased rates of asthma.

Furthermore, a meta-analysis of eight health studies related to raw milk was published in the Journal of Allergy and Clinical Immunology. The meta-analysis concluded that, when taken as a whole, the body of data from the previous studies shows that RAW MILK CONSUMPTION IN CHILDHOOD HAS A PROTECTIVE EFFECT ON ASTHMA “independent of other farm exposures and that children not living on a farm can theoretically profit from this effect.”
