Do you experience emotional flares? Stuck or repetitive patterns of intense grief, frustration, over-excitement, rumination or anxiety? Emotions that rise up in certain relationships, circumstances or situations? Maybe you manage or are healing from a chronic illness or chronic pain that carries a strong emotional weight that feels hard to lighten.
Regardless of the details, we all benefit from cultivating a close and healthy relationship with our own emotional landscape.
Join us in community for an exploration of the 5 Element emotions of Anger, Sadness, Overjoy, Worry and Fear. This six class series will incorporate Kundalini Yoga, mindfulness-based meditation and somatic awareness exercises. And deep, deep rest.
Series begins on Wednesday, September 21st, 2022 from 5:30 pm to 7:15 pm and repeats each Wednesday through October 21st, 2022.
Pre-register cost is $111 for the six class series or $20 per class drop-in, as space allows. Space is limited to 12 folks.
