Some of you already know there was some flooding in the Midtown Building. On Tuesday around 3am a fire water main line broke. Moonstone along with other businesses located on the basement floor were greatly affected.
When I read the text telling me my suite had two feet of standing water in it I knew it was going to be bad. I was still somehow shocked to see it in this state. I'm not sure what I had imagined but this definitely wasn't it. My heart broke a little bit to see the last 5 years of my hard work just swept away.
It happened during the Harvest Supermoon which emphasizes letting go of what no longer serves you and cultivating what you wish to grow in the coming season. I'm taking this as an opportunity at fresh start.
I'm not sure yet how long repairs will take. I'm extremely grateful for my friends for allowing me to use their space and everything in it this week so I could continue to see my clients and for offering help with anything else. I appreciate it more than you know. And to Kim for rearranging things and giving up her treatment room for me to use. I truly can't thank you enough. My temporary location will be at until further notice.
