Confluence Health, founded in 2013, is an affiliation between Central Washington Hospital and Wenatchee Valley Medical Center. We are an integrated healthcare delivery system that includes two hospitals, more than 40 medical specialties and primary care. Our Mission:

Celebrating Local Impact in NCW!
Confluence Health and Wenatchee Valley Medical Group have awarded $500,000 in grants to 50 nonprofit organizations through the 2025 Community Health Partnership Fund—supporting causes and organizations in Chelan, Douglas, Grant, and Okanogan counties that improve health, wellness, and social determinants of health.

This year’s record-breaking application cycle saw over $3.5 million in requests, highlighting the growing need for community-based health initiatives of investing in local health.

“Each year we look forward to seeing the many unique and impactful ways that programs supported by these grants will touch and enhance the lives of North Central Washington residents,” added Dr. Jennifer Jorgensen, president of the Wenatchee Valley Medical Group.

These grants reflect a shared commitment to building a healthier, more connected region. 💙
