Coming away from a weekend course with full hearts & minds.

We had the pleasure of hosting Chris Johnson; a Physical Therapist, Coach, Author, Teacher, Consultant and multi-time Kona Qualifier in our clinic this
weekend! 🙌🏻

The focus of his course was on the evaluation and management of runners and athletes of all levels, with special emphasis on bone stress injuries and lower limb tendinopathy.

We can’t thank Chris enough for sharing his knowledge, and to all the clinicians who joined us for an incredible weekend of learning & collaboration!

Join us in giving a warm welcome to the newest member of our team- Rachel Adamyk PTA🎉

After spending the last 7 years as a traveling Physical Therapy Assistant, Rachel is putting down roots and bringing her wealth of experience and passion for patient care to our clinic. Originally from Kansas, she’s traded the open plains for scenic trails - and we’re so glad she did!

When she’s not helping patients reach their goals, you’ll likely find her hiking, mountain biking, paddle boarding, or getting lost in a good book!

We’re thrilled to have her adventurous spirit and clinical expertise on board. Welcome to the team, Rachel! 🙌🏻
