Daniel was diagnosed with liver cancer in May. While still on a ventilator, he began physical and occupational therapy, working every day to walk again and return to the basketball court.

After a liver transplant, months of chemo, and endless hours of hard work, Daniel became just the fourth patient to complete 100 miles in our “Go YOUR Distance!” program.

His fight, heart, and resilience inspire us all.
