Hi everyone we had so much fun yesterday getting started with my World Challenge! Here is what we did yesterday.

Here is some info about this WORLD Challenge! 😍😍😍
This idea came about because I was thinking about a way I can serve families with all the worldwide school closures.
😲 I woke up thinking that it would be fun to have a daily family activity time online (a fb live) that would include a calming activity to reduce everyone's stress, a FUN body challenge activity to build the foundations we need (e.g. strength, balance, coordination) and a mindful activity that would focus on things like being present in the moment, being positive, empathy etc (I have a bunch of fun ones).
👏⏰The facebook lives will be 30-45 min. With time zone differences some will have to watch on the replay. This is a private fb group. You will be able to post videos of each other doing the fun activities and connect/bond with each other cheering each other on . This is a 30 day challenge where we get together worldwide to do something fun together that helps the kids. There is a small administrative $7 fee to join. If you are unable to pay the fee but want to join send me a DM.

Dear 'Ohana OT families, we just heard that all WA state schools will be closed from March 17 to April 24 per Governor Inslee. We want to reassure you that 'Ohana OT will still be open as we are a small clinic and there are never large numbers of people in our clinic. We will continue to disinfect and sanitize equipment and surfaces between each session. Our patients and employees health is of utmost importance to us. If you want to pick up extra apts to help your kids through this disruption in their routine and increase their rate of progress or have any questions please call us at 888-7435 or you can send me a DM and I can answer any questions this weekend.
