As a Yoga Alliance accredited yoga school, iLa also offers certified teacher training programs each year for those who wish to deepen their practice or find their teaching voice. iLa also offers a wide variety of services and events including, iLa Online, SUP yoga and tours, iLa retreats worldwide, guest teacher workshops, health coaching, boutique, private yoga sessions, and corporate yoga events.
