Most people think bone loss starts at 65.

It actually starts much earlier.

You typically reach peak bone density around age 30. After that, you’re no longer building as much bone — you’re working to maintain what you built in your teens and twenties.

Think of it like a savings account:
The more bone you “deposit” before 30, the more you have to protect you later.

If peak bone mass is low, your risk for Osteoporosis increases with age — especially for women after Menopause.

Bone needs high mechanical load to stay strong.
Light workouts and cardio alone aren’t enough.

Bone health isn’t a senior issue.
It’s a 20s and 30s issue.

Build it early. Protect it for life.
