Nearly 99% of disease comes from a system that is compromised - With physical debris (bacteria, virus, fungus, parasites, heavy metals, chemicals) and/or latent emotional debris / energetic distortion at the root.
Weaken yourself mentally/emotionally, it will soon reflect in the physical in some way. Deep, unresolved internal conflicts are often what creates the cellular weaknesses that enable physical pathogens to nest inside us. Everything starts within the energetic realms.
Through negative behaviors, attitudes, or hidden thought forms (programs, imprints, conditioning) we often are sabotaging ourselves- and we may not realize it.
The best way to track this is to look inward and take an inventory of our held internal conflicts.
What do we struggle to accept? Where do we allow our peace to be disturbed?
These are an immediate flag to our own internal weaknesses, and sealing these leakages will support recovery in the most amazing of ways.
The things that seem important to say always come when I am doing tasks that take no thought and are automatic. Such as raking my leaves in this late, foggy Sunday afternoon. I get into a neutral space, and I’m shown things to share.
This inquiry of your own deeper internal conflicts can be done very intently, focused, or it can be done through spacious unfocused contemplation. When you make the intention to see, and create space for it, your own soul will show you what you need to see, when you need to see it.
The healing journey becomes more easeful and flows with what you’re ready to alchemize.
