Leiah’s Retreat i
s a nearly 4,000 sq. foot home, nestled in the Cascade Mountain Range and just a short drive from Wenatchee, Washington. It is owned and operated by Sarah Wily, a Registered Nurse with a passion for Caregiving. The goal of Leiah’s retreat is to provide worry-free days for Resident’s and their family members by assuring 24-hour care and supervision with competency, comfort, and satisfaction. WHAT WE OFFER:
Leiah’s Retreat is unique from most Adult Family Homes in that it is owned and managed by a Registered Nurse. Ongoing Nursing Assessments and Care Planning are included in your PERSONALIZED CARE PACKAGE, without additional nursing fees. At Leiah’s Retreat, you will receive competent and compassionate care, by skilled care professionals who truly love what they do. Leiah’s Retreat provides our Residents with:
