Ericka brings a unique and compassionate approach shaped by her diverse background in women’s health, veterinary medicine, occupational therapy, lactation support, social services, and non-profit work.

With years of experience helping others heal and thrive across multiple disciplines, she understands the importance of holistic care and individualized support.

Her passion for recovery, wellness, and empowerment inspired her to open Cascade Mountain Cryo, where clients of all backgrounds can experience the benefits of advanced, non-invasive, and holistic therapies.

Meet Shawn Farber, Certified Cryotherapist:

Shawn brings a disciplined, educated, and community-driven approach to physical fitness, sports, and recovery.

A proud U.S. Air Force veteran, Shawn served with honor for 23 years. During his military career, he developed a deep passion for health, wellness, and physical fitness — a journey that inspired him to become a certified personal trainer and an advocate for lifelong well-being.

Since retiring from the military, Shawn has remained actively involved in the communities he calls home. He has devoted countless hours to officiating college, high school, and youth sports, including football, baseball, basketball, and softball.

Shawn also serves as an independent contractor and official for the Seattle Seahawks — a role he’s humble about, often saying the highlight is watching bald eagles soar above the practice field rather than being surrounded by professional athletes.

His lifelong commitment to service, wellness, and community led to the co-founding of Cascade Mountain Cryo, where he continues to support others on their journey to recovery and optimal health.
