At Blue Orchid Holistic Wellness, I’m always exploring high-quality, therapeutic tools that elevate your massage experience — and CBD has quickly become one of the most powerful additions for targeted relief and deep relaxation.

CBD (cannabidiol) is a naturally occurring compound from the h**p plant. It’s non-psychoactive, meaning it won’t cause a high. Instead, CBD is widely known for its potential benefits, including:
