I did it y’all I finally taught my yoga class! I stayed quiet while I worked my ass off to sequence a class! I am honored to be teaching at Ebb and Flow Yoga NC. My mentor Jen Lumley Schick is amazing, when I doubted myself and fear started to creep in she said YOU GOT THIS!
