Practice high intensity activities in moderation!
Many days in a row of the same activity doesn't give your body enough recovery time or variety of movement, which can lead to injury.
When Starting something new or increasing intensity, build gradually each week.
Use your non-dominant hand for certain tasks! Start with your phone and your mouse.
Your dominant hand performs millions of movements per week and is therefore at a greater risk for injury from the shear repetition and forces required in everyday tasks.
Don't rely on stretching to fix muscle tightness!
This is an important takeaway!
Many people feel like they need to stretch more to avoid injury. Often times the answer is actually strengthening the muscle that tends to feel tight!
