Hello, I'm Jennifer Graham, a Physical Therapist with decades of experience. Today, I want to shed light on a common condition many people experience: elbow tendonitis.
Elbow tendonitis, often referred to as "tennis elbow" or "golfer's elbow," involves inflammation of the tendons around the elbow, causing pain and discomfort. This condition can significantly affect your daily activities and overall quality of life.
Here are five ways I work with clients to manage and overcome this condition:

Each case of elbow tendonitis is unique. I create personalized treatment plans that cater to YOUR specific needs and goals.
𝟮. 𝗣𝗮𝗶𝗻 𝗥𝗲𝗹𝗶𝗲𝗳
We use movement, massage and manual therapy, along with other proven modalities to ease pain and reduce inflammation.
𝟯. 𝗥𝗲𝘀𝘁𝗼𝗿𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗙𝘂𝗻𝗰𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻
We focus on restoring normal function and range of motion in your elbow, allowing you to return to your daily activities and preferred fitness routines without discomfort.
𝟰. 𝗦𝘁𝗿𝗲𝗻𝗴𝘁𝗵𝗲𝗻𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗙𝗹𝗲𝘅𝗶𝗯𝗶𝗹𝗶𝘁𝘆
We create a customized exercise program to strengthen the muscles around the elbow and improve flexibility. I will guide you through each exercise to ensure you gain the maximum benefit from your efforts.
𝟱. 𝗘𝗱𝘂𝗰𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗣𝗿𝗲𝘃𝗲𝗻𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻
Understanding proper techniques and body mechanics can help prevent future injuries. I'll provide guidance on how to modify activities and your environment to reduce stress on your elbow.
