✨ Roll to Restore Workshop ✨

Ready to melt tension, reset your body, and leave feeling lighter than when you walked in?

Join us for a deeply healing two-hour experience designed to help you unwind from the inside out. We’ll start with gentle body mapping and mindful movement, then move into self-myofascial release techniques that you can use anytime to ease tightness, improve mobility, and support recovery.
We’ll close with an extended, dreamy savasana to integrate everything you released.

This workshop is for every body, all ages, all levels, all humans who want to feel better in their body.

It’s that time again and the holidays are heating up!! Angelina Hoffman is going to be hosting another paint by numbers for the holidays! Last year’s event was amazing and we are happy to be doing it again! It is first come first serve for the paint selections and there are limited spots only!! If you’re thinking about starting yoga, here are 5 things I wish everyone knew before stepping onto the mat 🤍✨

1️⃣ You don’t need to be flexible to start.
Flexibility comes because you practice, not before. Your body will open with time, patience, and consistency.

2️⃣ Yoga is just as much about calming your mind as it is about moving your body. It’s not about perfect poses, it’s about grounding, breathing, and coming home to yourself.

3️⃣ Your practice is yours alone.
No comparing, no “shoulds,” no pressure to look like anyone else. Yoga meets you exactly where you are.

4️⃣ Consistency matters more than intensity.
A few minutes a day > one long session once in a while. Small, steady practices create the biggest shifts.

5️⃣ You don’t need to be ‘fit’ or ‘flexible’ to begin.
Start exactly where you are. Your practice will grow with you, physically, mentally, and emotionally.
