Hey there!

We have some quick insurance updates. As of the beginning of the year, many HMO plans now require an insurance referral, which must be obtained from your primary care provider (P*P). Below is a list of insurance plans that require referrals.

If you have one of these plans, a referral is required before all of your appointments. Please call us at 314-230-1500 if you have any additional questions.
