A perfect reminder that a little sunshine, soil, and creativity can brighten anyone’s day.

Earlier this month, we celebrated Purim and recently we watched Traditions Talk: Purim. Residents were able to watch and learn all about this holiday. In honor of Purim, Ayana King sat down with Arrow Senior Living resident Richard Wickoff and Cantor Laurel Barr to discuss this holiday. Purim is a joyful Jewish holiday that honors the story of Queen Esther and her cousin Marcia, who bravely serve the Jewish population in ancient Persia from a plot to destroy them.

At Wentzville, we had some fun showing appreciation for our amazing Plant Ops team! They received their enamel pins along with a few feel-good gifts picked just for them.
Marsha got a back massager for all the driving she does, Lance (a big Impractical Jokers fan) got the movie, and Rob—who takes notes at every stand-up—mentioned he was out of paper, so we lucked out and found him a great new notebook.
Small gifts, big appreciation for all they do! 😊👏

For Employee Appreciation Day, we kicked things off with a pancake and coffee bar party in the morning, then kept the celebration going in the afternoon with a sundae soirée and a candy cake delivered by the Arrow Home Office to show our appreciation for our amazing team. Every employee received a personal thank you card to show them how much we appreciate them. The employees loved every minute of it! 🥞☕🍬🎉
