Early morning Red Light Therapy session!! Idk about any of you but seasonal depression is hitting a little harder after all this snow ❄️ and 14 degree temps 🥶!!!
15 minutes in this redlight bed ☀️every day and I am a much happier less depressed person for the first winter in my entire life!!
Talk about a game changer to your overall wellbeing to be as happy as summer time but in the winter 🙌🏼
