🌟🔥 MARCH ATHLETE OF THE MONTH: Sarah Buck! 🔥🌟
Sarah walked in with a mission:
✔️ Build a solid routine
✔️ Get stronger
✔️ Drop body fat
✔️ Create a foundation she could actually sustain
She was honest from the start — she tends to go all in… and sometimes fall all out. This time? She wanted something different. She wanted consistency. She wanted progress over perfection. 💪
And that’s exactly what she built.
Sarah learned how important nutrition truly is, realized she was undereating, and started prioritizing meal prep and fueling her body the right way. 🍽️🔥 No extremes. No crash dieting. Just steady, intentional progress.
She is officially:
⬇️ Down 4.1% body fat
⬆️ Up 4.6 lbs of muscle
⬇️ Down 9 inches
THAT is what happens when you focus on building a foundation instead of chasing quick fixes. 🙌
She is so fun to coach, incredibly coachable, and never afraid to push herself. And one of my favorite parts? She’s being an AMAZING role model for her kiddos — showing them what strength, discipline, and balance look like. ❤️
