💥 Check-In Week is COMPLETE! 💥

We just wrapped up Check-In Week here at The Relentless Barbell Club, and honestly... it’s my FAVORITE week!! 🙌

This is where the magic happens — I get to connect with my clients, see where they’re at, tweak their nutrition plans, and set new goals for our next cycle 🔥

These weeks are truly what make my clients so successful. The accountability of knowing check-ins are coming keeps everyone focused, consistent, and ready to crush it. 💪

Every check-in week, we go back to the foundation — protein, water, sleep, steps, and recovery — and make sure we’re building habits that last. From there, we create specific, realistic goals that help us level up without burning out.

Because here’s the truth: we’re not just chasing results… we’re building a lifestyle that we can actually maintain. 🏋️‍♀️

🔥 It’s CHECK-IN WEEK at Relentless Barbell Club!! 🔥

This is hands-down my favorite week — I can’t wait to see where everyone’s at! 💪

Check-in week is our time to:
✅ Look back and see where we’ve been winning
✅ Identify where we’ve been struggling
✅ Set intentional goals for our next lifting cycle

But here’s the big one ⬇️
It’s NOT just about the number on the scale. The scale is only one part of the picture.

Real progress comes from looking at the whole story — your InBody scan, measurements, and these check-ins help us see what’s really happening beneath the surface.

🥊Our September Fighter of the Month is !!!💥

💪Meryl puts in the work no matter what she is doing! She trains hard and has been working on keeping her nutrition dialed with ! 🍽️
💪 Her most recent camp and weight cut went very well and the results showed when she traveled to Canada to compete at the North American Century Cup and was able to secure a well-deserved WIN! 🥇
💪Meryl continues to raise the bar and inspire those around her, and now she’s setting her sights on her next tournament in Abu Dhabi! 🌍🔥

We are so proud of her and can’t wait to see her dominate on the next stage!

💥 CONSISTENCY WINS EVERY TIME 💥

You don’t need to be 100% all the time — you just need to keep showing up.

Going all in only to burn out and go all out isn’t discipline… it’s exhaustion.

True progress comes from building a solid foundation — showing up for your workouts, fueling your body with enough protein and calories, staying mindful, and doing it all consistently.

Because being 80% consistent will always beat being 100% perfect for two weeks and then throwing in the towel just to start over later.

Missed a workout? Cool — move tomorrow.
Ate off plan? Fine — get right back to your normal meals.
Life happens. What matters is that you keep going.

When your foundation is strong, the little slips don’t break you — they just remind you how solid you’ve become.

Build consistency.
Build confidence.
Build your Foundation.

💥 MOTIVATIONAL MONDAY SHOUTOUT: EMILY & ROBERTA! 💥

Our September Athletes of the Month are two best friends who prove that when you do this together, you go farther together! 🙌🔥

Emily and Roberta came into the Relentless Barbell Club with the goal of building a healthy, sustainable lifestyle—and they’ve absolutely ROCKED IT! 💪

Their energy in the gym is contagious, and from day one, it felt like they’ve always been part of the Relentless FitFam! 🖤

They’ve built incredible consistency with their workouts, dialed in their nutrition and hydration, and have even been crushing it in the kitchen with recipes from The Relentless Meal Prep Cookbook! 👩‍🍳🥗

At their last check-in, both were down in weight, down in body fat, down in inches, AND getting stronger every single week. Their progress is proof that when you commit to showing up and doing the work, amazing things happen!!!

Our July Fighter of the Month was the one and only Lillie Helton—and if you know her, you know she is the definition of motivation! 💪🥊

Lillie works hard in and out of the ring, never afraid to shine her light and inspire those around her. She’s fought all over the world, thrives on a good challenge, and is a true asset to the fight community—always improving herself and lifting others up along the way. 🌍✨

She trains with Kain for strength & conditioning and works with Jessica for her nutrition year-round. No matter if she’s in camp or out, her nutrition is dialed in—every weight cut is on point, her muscle mass stays strong, and she just keeps getting stronger. 💥

Lillie has BIG goals and an even bigger work ethic. She’s coachable, committed, and relentless in her pursuit of excellence—and it’s an absolute pleasure to work with her.

💥 MOTIVATIONAL MONDAY SHOUTOUT: ! 💥

We couldn’t let July go by without celebrating our Athlete of the Month—because Jessica is the definition of consistency when it comes to workouts AND nutrition! 🙌🔥

Jessica hit a plateau—her muscle mass wasn’t going up, body fat wasn’t going down, and she felt like she was “doing everything right” but not seeing the results she wanted. So, we created a personalized plan for her: our progressional lifting program + dialing in her nutrition to EAT MORE (yep, more food 🍽️💥).

Now? She’s seeing amazing results, her muscle is growing, her body fat is dropping, and her energy is through the roof! ⚡ It’s been so fun hearing her say how eating more is literally changing her life—especially after how miserable she was before, constantly hungry and just “making do” to hit her goals.

Jessica is proof that fueling your body + training smart = unstoppable progress. We’re SO proud of her relentless dedication! 💪🔥

Let’s give it UP for our Athlete of the Month, Britni Pietzman—who’s been crushing her goals from day one!!! 🙌

Britni works with Jessica through the online programming and let us tell you—she’s been putting in some SERIOUS work!
She is:
⬇️14.4 lbs
⬇️6% body fat
⬇️11.5 inches
AND
is ⬆️ in muscle mass!!💪

She’s balancing a crazy busy life and is STILL showing up for herself.
Britni is coachable, committed, and making sustainable changes that are adding up to BIG results.
