Baja Bold Fish Tacos (or chicken)

Baja Bold Fish Tacos
Makes: 6 servings
Active Time: 30 minutes
Total Time: 30 minutes
Ingredients
2⅔ tablespoons Fiesta Party Seasoning™, (2 tablespoons + 2 teaspoons), divided
¾ cup sour cream
¼ cup mayonnaise
6 (4 ounce) tilapia fillets
3 cups shredded red cabbage
12 (6-inch) fajita-style flour or corn tortillas
bottle Baja Bold Chili Lime Sauce
Directions
In medium bowl, combine 2 tablespoons Fiesta Party Seasoning™, sour cream and mayonnaise; blend well. Cover and refrigerate.

Prepare grill to medium heat. Place grill pan on grill.

Season tilapia fillets with remaining 2 teaspoons Fiesta Party Seasoning™. Place fish on grill pan. Grill, until internal temperature reaches 145°F on instant-read food thermometer, about 8-10 minutes, turning halfway through. Warm tortillas on grill.
Fill tortillas with fish,Fiesta Party Dip, cabbage and drizzle with Baja Bold Chili Lime Sauce.
Makes 6 servings.
