I try to buy local and organic as much as possible. I don't drink soda and I stay away from processed chemical based foods. Fall has arrived quietly, gently — like a soft breath exhaled after a long summer.

This is the season where nature begins to let go, and we’re invited to do the same. The trees don’t resist the change — they release what’s no longer needed with grace. We can too.

Autumn calls us to slow down, to return inward, to nourish ourselves with warmth, presence, and reflection. It’s a time for comfort and clarity — for taking care of our bodies in softer, deeper ways.

Most of us don’t resist growth itself — we resist the grief that comes with it. The shedding. The uncertainty. The part where we have to loosen our grip on the old before the new can take shape.

And transformation doesn’t happen in just one area. The body feels it first — carrying stress, storing tension, or pushing us to rest. The mind fights it hardest — clinging to control, replaying old stories, trying to keep us safe. Meanwhile, the spirit is whispering, “You’re ready… just trust.”

That’s why letting go feels so uncomfortable: it’s not weakness, it’s the exact work of growth. Grief is not the enemy of transformation. It’s the proof that you’re releasing what no longer serves you, creating space for what will.

Wherever you are in the process — cocoon, shedding, or spreading new wings — remember this: freedom is found on the other side of release. 🌱✨
