Practice Update!! It's been a minute and I wanted to share the official update regarding HG Counseling Services! While this is definitely not "new" news to any of my current clients, I haven't shared it in the social world yet.
HG Counseling Services has officially moved to a fully virtual practice. I am so honored that 95% of my in-person clients made the switch over to telehealth alongside of me. Over the last few months, I have found telehealth therapy to be just as healing and helpful as traditional therapy---with the added bonus of extreme convenience! I have also moved away from the traditional 'therapy hour' of 50 minutes. Instead, I have moved all clients to 30- & 45-minute sessions. This seems to be a favorite among my clients because they can fit it into their lives quite easily. The 30- minute sessions, in particular, are great for teens and are offered at a more affordable rate.
I am nearly at full capacity with my current client load, BUT if you are looking for counseling and think we may be a good fit, please don't hesitate to reach out.
