What an incredible Friday! 💙
We had the opportunity to provide chair massages during teacher appreciation at Pearce Hall, and it was such a rewarding experience. The teachers work so hard every day, and it was an honor to give back to them in a small way.
One of the highlights of the day was getting to hear the students perform their poetry slam pieces. Their poems were thoughtful, insightful, heartfelt, and full of deep emotion. Hearing young people express themselves so openly and creatively was truly inspiring.
We felt very privileged to have been part of such a meaningful day filled with appreciation, creativity, and connection. 💙

Mother’s Day is a time to honor the women who raised us, but for military families, that honor carries a special weight.

Today, we want to give a special shout-out to the Blue Star Mothers and every mom who is "holding down the fort" at home. While your sons and daughters are away serving our nation—facing training, long nights of duty, or deployments—you are the silent anchors. You navigate the empty chairs at the table and the long stretches between phone calls with a mix of deep pride and unwavering courage.

You raised the heroes who protect our freedom, and for that, we salute you. You are the backbone of our military community, and your love is the armor that follows them where you cannot.
Also, a shout out to those women who are mothers that are serving who had to leave their children behind to protect and defend our great nation, and the mama's who are at home taken care of business with your children while your soldiers are gone.
