Waiting for someone here…back in the day we used to sit and wait for someone to join us in a restaurant…during THAT time, we’d have no choice but to feel the energy around us, taking in all through our senses.

Nowadays, we have this..social media and our phones to drown out the stimuli of energy.

I challenge you the next time you find yourself in this scenario to put the phone down and just simply ……..feel. Feel the energy of the location, the people, the place….

Perhaps take a brief moment to close your eyes and listen…what do you hear…

Turn your focus to the air…what do you smell???

Look at the people…what do you know about them as they pass you, as they interact with others???

Restaurants are the perfect training ground to open up your awareness and tune in!
