New location, New name!

I am moving my office to my side porch in Berks County and I am so excited!

Women's Circles will continue to take place in Hershey on the third Thursday of each month and there will be a new location coming in Berks for a second Circle gathering each month.

All good things are happening!

How to Re-connect with your Divine Self and create space in a busy world.

Ceremony, of. course!!

The word Ceremony comes from the latin word, Caeremonia, which means: Sacredness, Reverence, a Sacred Rite.

For me, Ceremony moves us from one state of being to another state of being ... that can be a Wedding, that can be BodyWork, that can be Coaching, and oh Yes, that can be Circle!!

But it can also be simple things that you can do at home or on the go by yourself.

1 - Carve out some time - even 5 minutes can transform you.
2- Create Sacred Space if you can - light a candle or breathe in some essential oil.
3- Ground - come into your body either through your breath or simply by touching your body and feeling the sensation of your warm hands on your skin.
4- Conclusion- blow out the candle, rub your palms together and place them onto your heart.
5- Notice how you feel - even something as simple as following the above steps can change your energy.

Ceremony is Everything ... to me. And I am so eager to share it with YOU.

Love is always in the air at my studio!! ... not in a creepy way though. LOL!

I spent the day at my office with three amazing women! Relaxing, Connecting, and a few of them were even Napping.

My Studio may not be THE Spa but it's the next best thing!!

And, we didn't have confetti but we did have snacks and when women gather, there is always Magic!

When was the last time you took a break?
Really ... time for yourself.

Life is so busy, I know, I don't often take time for myself. But it feels so good when I do.

Today is one of the days that I am and I am loving it! I'm house sitting/cat sitting for a friend and am having the best time being cozy with my furry friend. Writing fb posts :)

Spring and Summer will be here before we know it and we will called outdoors to "be busy" once again. Now is the time to refuel and recharge for the coming months ... and for the present time as well.
