Curious about Yoga and want to try it out, but were always too intimidated by going to a crowded, and trendy yoga studio? My name is Kelly and I am just a normal busy wife and stay- at-home Mom of five awesome kids. I am CYT (Certified Yoga Instructor) and found a home and sanctuary on my yoga mat. I believe yoga is a natural and therapeutic way to help heal and strengthen the mind, body and soul.

I love to help people and believe everyone was born with the gift of movement and mobility and I want to help spread my love for yoga to everyone. Body size and shape, flexibility, and fitness level does NOT matter.... YOGA IS FOR EVERYONE. I have a class that will best suit your needs. There is no better way to exercise and relax than a yoga class, leaving you with a sense of calmness and peace to help carry you throughout the busy lives we all share today. In honor of the Eagles winning Super Bowl LIX, I couldn’t help but have an Eagles inspired yoga class at Body Zone Sports and Wellness Complex Bodyzone tonight. 💚🦅💚

With strength like the soaring eagle,
With heart as bold as the green and white,
We root ourselves in gratitude,
And rise with victory’s light.
Through challenge, we breathe,
Through struggle, we grow,
Together, we soar,
With unity in flow.
May our practice be steady,
May our spirit stay strong,
Like champions, we rise—
Balanced, fearless, and long.

As this year fades like the setting sun,
We honor all that’s been and done.
With open hearts, we rise anew,
Each breath a path, each step in view.
May we stand grounded, soft yet strong,
And let the new year’s light lead us along.
With each breath, I welcome new beginnings, letting go of the past and opening my heart to the possibilities of this year.
