Not every “healthy” meal needs to be complicated or bland.

Sometimes it looks like this.

A flaky herb-crusted cod, roasted vegetables, and bright lemon flavors that leave you feeling light, satisfied, and energized. Not sluggish or overly full.

This is the kind of meal people tell me they wish they had time to cook during the week… but between work, kids, and everything else on their plate, it rarely happens. We get it 😵‍💫

There was a season where my relationship with food was built on restriction.
Control felt powerful. Discipline felt safe.

Then came freedom.
No rules. No labels. No guilt.

But what I’ve learned is this:

Freedom without support can still feel chaotic.

Now my relationship with food is supported.

Not because I lack discipline.
Not because I can’t “do it on my own.”
But because I don’t have to.

In this season of life, I don’t need more rules.
