Here are some tips and coping skills for those who may not like the loud sounds ❤️🤍💙

Grounding can help slow things down when you’re feeling overwhelmed or like things are spinning out of control.

-Slow and controlled deep breaths can be used in any setting
-Hold a piece of ice in your hand
-Try a weighted blanket at home
-Sparkling Water technique: pour some sparkling water into a glass and focus on what you notice. (Bubbles, fizzing, condensation. It helps you focus on the present.)
