For starters, I’m from Florida and currently this 30 degree weather is ummm hard 😅

The lesson is in this moment: the mindset shift ⬇️

January 1. Didn’t hit 10k steps.
Old mindset: Welp, guess there’s no point in finishing.
Current mindset: One moment doesn’t cancel momentum.

Your moments of falling short, off track, behind-whatever WILL come…have the strong mindset that pushes you forward.

Golfing with the hubby keeps me humble. Good thing he’s taking me to get fitted for a driver bc obviously this one is broken 🤣🤣

2025 golf goal was to consistently break 100, which happened a couple times…looks like I’ll have to play more in 2026 😎⛳️
