I know many of you cannot have dairy, but if you can, and you’re doing low carb/keto, this is an easy wrap that has MUCH less carbs than bread or tortillas. I’m finding there are so many things you can make out of cottage cheese. I made crackers the other day by just simply putting a teaspoon of cottage cheese on Parchment Paper and adding some Everything Bagel seasoning to the top then baking them for about 12 minutes on 400 degrees, let them cool down and enjoy!!
