Forgiveness has been coming up not only with myself but in my client sessions as well. Forgiveness is an option, not a requirement. We have all experienced various levels of hurt, some cutting so deep it penetrates the soul while others barely making a scratch. Focusing on forgiving those who have hurt you takes away from the healing process of the hurt/trauma you have experienced. If you are struggling with any form of hurt/trauma I encourage you to focus on healing from it first, forgiveness will follow. Forgiveness will become the moment when you have healed and can say you no longer are holding my well-being and inner peace hostage. Without healing, forgiveness can be impossible. Give yourself grace, compassion, and love. Your Highest Self is waiting to co-create a beautiful life for you. If you find yourself stuck in forgiveness ask yourself do I need to heal, and if the answer is yes give yourself permission to. When you do the work you will shine so bright that no one can dim your glow.

I love journaling and recently got back on track with it so I decided to create my own pages with quotes that spoke to me. I love energy and work with it so it was only fitting to allow spirit to pick my daily page. I close my eyes and ask my highest self and spirit peeps to guide me to the message I need to hear for the day then I place my hand over the pile, and where I feel the energy flow the most is the one I pick.
