Words can not express our gratitude for their belief in the work we are doing. Thank you. My heart has always been in the non-profit world. This year, my team and I secured our 501(c)(3) status to provide support for those facing job loss, loss of insurance, and other financial strains.

Today, we are incredibly grateful to Emerald Coast Hospice for their generous check. This contribution will enable us to offer much-needed assistance during difficult times. We are truly touched by their belief in our mission and work. Thank you.

Every summer for the past 4 years I take a road trip to explore, recharge, visit family & friends. Each year there is a new discovery or just enjoying what I have come to realize. When our therapist talk about self care we do our best to practice it too. I got plenty of vitamin D; I walked; I laughed, I learned new things, engaged with people I had never met before. The part I enjoy every year is sitting in awe of all of God's wonders. The quiet, the streams, the animals, trees, the breeze away from everything. A good part of my trip I had no cell or wifi. Imagine that. I can't say that I missed it except when I was trying to meet up with someone and we had no way to communicate, but guess what? It all worked out. I truly was able to unplug. Find those times for yourself put your phone down and just be.
