💚 9 Years Ago, This Was Just a Dream 💚
Looking at this photo, I can’t help but get emotional. So bear with me—this is a little long.
The young woman standing here had no idea how much her life was about to change.
What she did have was a vision... and maybe just a tiny bit of delusional optimism. 😊
I wanted to build something where I gave more than I took and had the opportunity to care for people on a deeper level, in a way that felt deeply personal and meaningful to me.
I wanted to create a place where people felt empowered, knew they had choices, and had access to additional tools to support their health and well-being. A place where they could breathe better, feel better, and live healthier lives naturally. A place where children could get a healthy start and families could find real tools to support their well-being.
Nine years later, I can honestly say that vision has grown into something far greater than I ever imagined.
When I started this journey, I wasn’t setting out to build a business.
I was following a mission that was deeply personal to me.
I wanted to create a place where people could find hope, healing, and answers when they needed them most—and feel cared for in a way that was both genuine and meaningful.
I never imagined the countless families we would serve, the tears we would share, the victories we would celebrate, or how profoundly this journey would shape me as a person.
This dream ended up changing my life just as much as I hoped it would help change the lives of others.
In many ways, I believe I have done exactly what I set out to do.
Over the years, we have had the privilege of serving tens of thousands of individuals and families. We have watched people breathe easier, sleep better, feel stronger, and regain hope when they needed it most.
We have celebrated incredible victories, cried alongside our clients, and witnessed stories that I will carry with me for the rest of my life.
Sometimes people came in searching for relief and healing. Sometimes they simply needed a hug, a listening ear, and someone who cared.
I have often said, “I may not be able to help with everything, but I will do my best to connect you with someone who can.”
That spirit of service and community is the foundation of what has been built here.
The road has not always been easy.
Like many of you, I have faced challenges, uncertainty, and circumstances beyond my control—and, let’s be honest, some that I created myself. There were moments when giving up might have seemed easier. But with the love of my family, the support of my friends, the dedication of our incredible team, the loyalty of our clients and community, and ultimately my determination to keep improving, we kept going.
Today, we celebrate 9 full years in business and humbly step into our 10th year of service.
That is no small feat, and it is something I do not take lightly.
I am incredibly proud of what we have built and of the community we have cultivated by staying true to our core values, even when taking a different path would have been easier.

I enter this next chapter with a heart full of gratitude, humility, and a renewed mission to touch more lives than ever before.
I don’t know exactly what tomorrow will bring, but if the first decade has taught me anything, it is that with faith, perseverance, and the right people by your side, incredible things are possible.
What began as one small idea has grown in ways I never could have imagined and has opened doors I never knew were possible.
