The Institute for Nursing and Allied Health Advancement, an initiative of Pasco-Hernando State College that is housed at the PHSC Porter Campus at Wiregrass Ranch, focuses on addressing critical workforce shortages in nursing and allied health fields within the region. This collaborative effort brings together educational institutions and healthcare organizations. Our key strategies include creating innovative partnerships, data analysis, research into challenges and best practices, educational innovations and community engagement.

Today at the Porter Campus, we hosted the inaugural quarterly meeting of the Institute for Nursing and Allied Health Advancement which has established strategic partnerships with eight regional hospitals since its opening in July 2024.
