💌 Discover the languages of love! Did you know that understanding your partner’s love language can transform your relationship? According to Dr. Gary Chapman (1992), there are five love languages in which romantic partners express and experience love:
💕 Physical Touch,
💕 Words of Affirmation,
💕Acts of Service,
💕Quality Time, and
💕 Receiving Gifts.

According to Chapman’s theory, each person has one primary and one secondary love language that captures how they receive love the best. Research suggests that partners who understand and act upon each other’s love languages report higher levels of relationship satisfaction (Feldman, 2010).

📱 How to Talk to Kids About Social Media 🌐

Technology is everywhere—at school, at home, and in everyone’s pockets. Keeping kids safe and healthy online starts with open communication and clear boundaries.

💬 Start the conversation: Social media impacts kids in big ways, so ask open-ended questions like:

“How do you feel when you’re on [platform]?”
“What do you like about the accounts you follow?”
“Have you seen anything that made you uncomfortable?”

🤝 Work together: Create a family agreement to decide:
Who your child can interact with online.
What’s okay to post and what’s not.
How much screen time is reasonable each day.

🧠 Teach critical thinking: Help your child recognize what’s real vs. edited, spot ads and influencers, and understand bias. Make sure they know how to report harmful content and feel comfortable coming to you for support.

✨ Social media doesn’t have to feel overwhelming. With clear expectations and ongoing dialogue, you can help your child build healthy online habits and stay safe.
