Xandra Valby is a board-certified Physician Assistant who brings a deep connection to both her field and the community she serves. A proud Florida native, Xandra earned her Master of Physician Assistant Studies from the University of South Florida Morsani College of Medicine in 2025, following a Bachelor’s degree in Biomedical Sciences from USF in 2019.

Xandra’s journey with our practice began years before becoming a PA—she spent three years as a dedicated medical scribe and medical assistant, and also completed two clinical ENT rotations here during her training. Her long-standing relationship with our team gives her a unique understanding of patient care and continuity within ENT medicine.

Outside of work, Xandra enjoys exploring new restaurants (especially sushi spots), traveling, and boating with her fiancé and family. Her passion for helping others and love for her home state are reflected in the compassionate care she provides to every patient.
