Some shots from the hotel the morning of prejudging....maybe they should have had us on before bedtime lol! As said after the prejudging everyone was off. When we spoke the next day he made a great point and said it's even harder on the big/taller guys. Personally, I wish I got a better look and was moved around a bit to be compared but no sour grapes here. I did something no one has ever done in the IFBB men's open history, won their FIRST pro show and be in their FIRST Olympia at 49 years old....this in itself is a huge win for me personally and professionally 💪🏾! To God be the glory because without Him, I am nothing!

Patti and I really enjoyed our time talking with at the after party, at the airport and our flight to Munich. Funny story, I met Jay in 2000 at a show in NJ. He was guest posing, I was competing. He came up to me after the show and said "you can go pro!" We told him the story on the plane and he said with a laugh "what took you so long?!" Safe travels Jay on the rest of your trip home 🛫

Congratulations to and all the competitors!!

It was a great show and we battled our butts off. Steve Weinberger told me to post this picture. This was 10 days ago. I was in the hospital on the strongest antibiotics you can have due to a deadly infection in my leg. You can see the difference. My wife didn't want me to do the show because she saw how worn out the antibiotics had me and what a long trip this would be. But I'm stubborn and I never quit so we came anyway...with all sorts of delays and mishaps. My last dose of antibiotics was 4 days ago. So for people talking about my ab control, this is a big reason. Not to take away from anyone in the show, but I was really beat up physically from the infection/meds/travel. I was told by the judges it was a 1 point difference for 2nd and it was my lower ab was the issue. Well, antibotics will do that to you, it destroys your gut. No excuses but you best believe I'm coming to the Mr O guns a blazing!! Down but never out!!
