I mentioned pine BARK the other day- lets touch on that more!

To make an extract- fill a jar of fresh picked, washed pine bark. Fill the bark filled jar with 90 proof or higher liquor- i use vodka. Place in a dark place for 4- 6 weeks. Shake it as often as you think about it during that time and attention the end of the process strain into a clean jar to store.

I place a few drops into my morning and evening teas.

And since you know I nerd out about health as well- ill be starting segments on health, weightloss and nutrition just in time to start getting your health back on track after the holidays as well as helping you to make sense of all these chronic illnesses and how to combat them at the root, for good.

I love getting to "geek out" so if you love learning- I enjoy teaching in a way that hopefully simplifies even the scariest and most overwhelming topics for anyone. Its going to get weird over there, yall. I just posted a lot of new content!
