Depression isn’t always obvious—it can look like withdrawal, irritability, or even a forced smile. Recognizing the warning signs can be life-saving, not just for ourselves but for those we care about. Common signs include persistent sadness or hopelessness, loss of interest in activities, changes in sleep or appetite, difficulty concentrating and thoughts of self-harm. Let’s break the silence and make space for real conversations. The more we understand, the better we can support.

If you or someone you know needs support, we are here. Call us today or visit http://spklr.io/6185BDs8t to learn more.

Let’s break down stigma, uplift culturally competent care and ensure every member of our community feels seen and heard on their journey to healing.
