Each group teamed up with an employee leader to brainstorm, design, and decorate their very own themed door around the center — and the creativity did not disappoint! From spooky to silly, every door reflects the imagination and teamwork of our participants.

🎉 Waukesha Adult Day Center Fundraiser = A HUGE Success! 🎉

On October 3rd, 2025, our amazing participants and staff came together for a day full of creativity, teamwork, and community spirit! Starting in September, participants crafted paintings, photo holders, garden stakes, and baked cookies, breads, and other goodies (with help from family members too!). On event day, everyone pitched in—setting up, cooking hotdogs 🌭, and drumming up excitement with signs on the sidewalk.

Thanks to everyone’s hard work, the fundraiser raised over $1,500 in sales and donations! 💰

On October 6th, participants decided how to put their fundraising efforts to good use. They’re looking forward to:
🍕 A pizza party to celebrate the New Year
🏀 A freestanding basketball hoop
🖌️ Art supplies
📸 A Polaroid camera
🌿 Metal planters

We can’t wait to see all the fun and creativity these items will bring to our center! Thank you to everyone who supported this special day. 💛
