Ready to slow down and feel good again?

At Yoga Is Served, we believe healing happens when you listen to your body — not when you push past it. Our classes always include space for free movement and intuitive flow.

Come experience the magic for yourself 💚

🧘‍♀️ RISE & shine with Yoga Is Served 🧘‍♂️

Some of our RISE members have been joining our friends at Yoga Is Served for their FREE “30 Days of Yoga” series at Franklin Field House in West Allis!

🪷 There’s something magical about starting your morning outside, awakening your body and mind with a grounding yoga practice in nature. It’s an incredible way to show up for yourself.

We’re only one week into the 30 days. Come for a day, or come for the rest of the journey.

✨ It’s completely FREE! Donations are welcome, and each day supports a different cause close to the heart of the community.

🕖 7AM
📍 Franklin Field House (West Allis)
🌿 Pro tip: Bring a yoga mat and a towel or blanket—morning dew adds a little sparkle to the grass.

See you there!

I’m calling this one “Offering breath to the breeze”

SUNRISE

Getting up for sunrise means setting the alarm for 4am at the time of year. It’s worth it every time, even though it’s tempting to skip it. Lake Michigan delivers a soothing sight and sound for my ears, eyes and soul

FANS

I saw someone playing with fans like these and I fell in love 🪭🪭🪭
I literally dreamed of this exact moment, knowing how the wind would play through the fabric. I am glad I am in silhouette, otherwise you would see the look of utter concentration on my face. Being that high off the ground was a challenge for me, my knee is pressing against the back of the chair to feel anchored while I concentrate on deep breathing. A lot of deep breathing 😎

I’m grateful for the person who let me play with their fans. It inspired me to go buy my own pair, get up early and play in the sunshine.

Other ways to play with the wind-
1-Blow bubbles
2-make a wish on a dandelion
3-put up a wind chime (or 3!)

Tell me in the comments your favorite way to play with the wind

I love you
