Families often choose placenta encapsulation because they feel it may support steadier energy and mood in early postpartum, help with iron replenishment after birth, offer milk supply support for some, and provide a deeper sense of grounding, emotional balance, and connection to ancestral birth rituals. Every body responds differently, and while many appreciate the holistic and symbolic value, placenta encapsulation isn’t suitable for everyone. Just like a mother, as I birth my baby (becoming a midwife), I will continue to learn and grow through the years! It was not easy and I don’t imagine that it will in the future either. But I know my love has grown during this process and will continue to grow as I serve families.✨💕
