🌴 Update & Community Call 🌿

As we prepare to return to beautiful Montego Bay for our yoga retreat, our hearts are deeply with everyone affected by the recent hurricane. 💚 We’ve been in touch with our local partners and friends, and while recovery is underway, many families and communities are still in need of essential supplies.

We’ll be bringing down donations to help support those rebuilding and we’d love your help! 🕊️

✨ Please drop off essential supplies (lightweight items such as first aid, toiletries, small tools, or baby care items) by Saturday, November 8 at either location:
🪷 Always-At-Aum, West Babylon
🪷 Blue Lotus Yoga & Wellness, East Meadow

Space is limited, so if donations exceed what we can bring, overflow will be given to local shelters and people in need here at home. 💛

While we hold compassion for the challenges faced by our friends in Jamaica, we are also filled with gratitude and excitement to share in the spirit of healing, service, and connection that this retreat represents.
