The Creative Insightful Arts Studio -TM 2014

The Creative and Insightful Arts Studio is both community based and independent. I provide support through integrative teaching methods of behavioral, social and emotional learning. These methods are designed to meet the specific needs of the individuals I support who are capable of achieving positive outcomes through the discovery of the creative and expressive arts. I bring my tools of experience, therapeutic skills and creativity to each individual. I use creative and expressive modalities in the art disciplines to help each individual recognize and understand their feelings and emotions that can trigger certain behaviors through coping and task based directives. By mirroring these skills through the art making process, each individual I support, has the ability to transfer and apply these learned skills into their daily life. My goal is to help age appropriate populations achieve more fulfilling lives, by limiting the negative effects of their mental and physical health. What I provide in Art Therapy and the Disciplines:
