Hello Everyone!

I hope all is well as we move into the colder months. I am planning ahead; starting in January, I will be doing a detox again. Standard Process has a couple of nice options for detoxing. Anyone else want to join me? It is always nice to do this sort of thing with others! Let me know, if you want to join me, and we can talk about what option best suites you. It may be beneficial to decide before the new year to have a plan in place. If you let me know soon, we can order the program and you will be ready for the process in the new year!

Do you notice that you see food as the enemy? This is such a true statement...what do you think about this?

I had a good number of people who joined me with doing a detox/cleanse back in January. I have some who waited to start their detox because January was not the best time for them. Happy Winter Everyone!

I hope you all had a wonderful Thanksgiving! Thanksgiving is my favorite holiday and I hope you all know how grateful I am to have you as clients and customers. Thanksgiving is the time that starts off the winter holiday season and the time of eating more rich foods and more desserts. Does that happen, in your world, like it does in mine? Each year, I try to do my best at not totally denying myself AND not over-indulging, so finding a good balance when it comes to the special foods that come out during the holidays. Even when I find a good balance, I can still feel like I over-indulged. Do you feel that way, as well? So, I am deciding, now, that I am going to do a detox starting in January. Standard Process has a couple of nice options for detoxing. Anyone else want to join me? It is always nice to do this sort of things with others! Let me know, if you want to join me, and we can talk about what option would be best for you. There is no pressure on this and it may be beneficial to decide before the new year for a couple of reasons. One big reason is the price, for the programs, will be going up in the new year.
