Local health partners, including Ascension Wisconsin, Aurora Health Care, Froedtert ThedaCare Health, Lakeshore Community Health Care and Washington Ozaukee Public Health Department are urging residents to participate in a community health survey.

Join us at our West Bend clinic (908 W Washington St.) for a ribbon cutting with the West Bend Area Chamber of Commerce next Tuesday, July 30th 11:30 am – 1:00 pm. Clinic tours, appetizers, refreshments and early celebration of National Health Center Week!

Do you have a knack for nurturing plants? Join Lakeshore Community Health Care and watch your efforts bloom! Our West Bend clinic (formerly the Albrecht Free Clinic) is looking for help pruning, weeding, and with general upkeep of well-established plantings.

Try it out for a few hours, or continue on a few times throughout the year, typically around early spring, mid-summer, and fall. If you're interested, please email lchchr@lakeshorechc.org.
