Time: Nov 17, 2023 10 a.m. Central time (US and Canada)
In "Forgiveness Is A Choice, A Step-by-Step Process for Resolving Anger and Restoring Hope," psychologist and professor Robert D. Enright PhD shares how forgiveness can reduce anxiety and depression while increasing self-esteem and hopefulness. He will be joined by Coast Guard veteran and retired medical doctor Michael Dailey who, after decades, recognized the person who needed his forgiveness most was himself.
Vietnam veteran Jon Christensen, a trauma counselor with four decades of helping veterans and military families heal, will join us. Jon will help continue this topic in ongoing presentations.
This event is free and provided by the Orban Foundation for Veterans and The Heartbeat Center for Writing, Literacy and the Arts, Inc.
