As we wrap up the year, we’re feeling especially grateful. In 2024, our Hartford location moved into a new building, and since then, we’ve seen meaningful growth in our ability to serve the community. This transition allowed us to expand our reach, welcome new partnerships, and better support neighbors who rely on us.

As the year comes to a close, we’re thankful for our volunteers, partners, and community members across our locations who make this all possible. Your support allows us to keep showing up, responding to needs, and building stronger connections.

As we head into the new year, we’re excited to continue this momentum and see where the new year takes us together. 💙

🥫Interfaith Food Drive 🥫

Throughout the month of November, Interfaith Caregivers will be hosting a Food Drive to support the Full Shelf Food Pantry.

We invite our community to join us in helping local families in need by donating non-perishable food items. Every contribution—large or small—makes a meaningful difference in the lives of our neighbors.

📅 When: All of November
📍 Where: Donations can be dropped off at the Interfaith office. 2374A W. Washington St. West Bend, WI 53095.
🎯 Benefiting: Full Shelf Food Pantry
