Are your habits getting you closer to who you want to become?

Let's find out!

Write down the habits you do on a daily basis.

This is a great exercise because you cannot change something until you know what to change.

Next, who do you want to be?

If you want to be someone who wants to make healthy choices... ask yourself... do my current habits get me closer to becoming the person who makes healthy choices?

Now consider the habits a person who makes healthy choices makes... write them down.

Finally, choose one and implement it into your daily routine!!

By doing this, you are getting closer to the person you want to become!

If your current habits don't support the version of you, you want to be, I can help you.

Changing your habits to support your goals doesn't have to be difficult, and it's not.

Is buying organic, worth it?

YES!

Even after washing and peeling, pesticide residue can often be found on traditionally grown produce.

The fruits and vegetables on the Dirty Dozen list contain the highest levels of pesticide residue, herbicides, and fungicides, and are listed in order of toxicity.

When purchasing fruits and vegetables on the Dirty Dozen List, buy ORGANIC.

Keep in mind that consumption of (any) toxin, over time, builds up in the body, and can directly impact the health of your body.

Reducing toxins, where you can, will only benefit you.

There is good news!

Not all fruits and vegetables need to be purchased ORGANIC.

Fruits and vegetables on the Clean 15 have little, if any, measurable pesticide residue.
